In April, 7 – 10 in Minsk took place international specialized forum HoReCa & RetailTech (Hotel. Restaurant. Café and Retail Technologies). This is new format of established international exhibitions “BISTRO. STORE. RESTAURANT” and “BEER. WINES. DRINKS”.
Way from producer to market through the exhibition
Under cupola of exhibition pavilion by address 14, Pobediteley av., Minsk-city, Belarus gathered businessmen, directors of companies, top-managers of marketing and advertising departments of Belarusian and foreign companies, trade enterprises, restaurants, cafes, bars, hotels. Participation in the forum took part more than 90 enterprises from 13 countries: Armenia, Belarus, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Netherlands, Poland, Russia, Turkey, and Ukraine. Within frames of the forum in 18th time held international specialized exhibitions “BISTRO. STORE. RESTAURANT.” and “BEER. WINES. DRINKS”. The main subjects of exposition consist of different kind of equipment – trade, technological (including thermal, refrigeratory, electromechanical, bread-making and confectionary, coffee and bar equipment), and equipment for warehouses, packaging and weighing, too. In pavilion worked presentation and tasting rooms. Managers demonstrated for Visitors the work and characteristics of equipment; and cookery experts offer to taste different ready-made dishes prepared straight at exhibition. Thematic sections of exhibition “BEER. WINES. DRINKS” embrace all segments of drinks market – equipment, raw-materials, packaging, marking, lines and systems of filtration and cleaning water, etc. At the same time with exhibition held such bright and prestigious events as international contests-tasting of drinks. Competent jury consisted of leading experts from Armenia, Belarus, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Russia, and Ukraine.
Triumph of “Culinary Olympus” taken by mastery
Realization of presentation of restaurants and cafes named “Culinary Olympus” became big event. For participation were invited restaurants and cafes from Minsk-city and regional centers of Republic of Belarus. Carrying out of this presentation, undoubtedly, promoted to popularization of Slavic cuisine, to advancement of catering services, increasing level of services and professional mastery of workers into HoReCa sphere, etc. This is bright and sightly event remembered to all participators and guests of exhibitions.
Exhibition is center of business activity
In conference halls of exhibition pavilion professionals of branch had possibility to exchange the knowledge during passing thematic round tables and seminars-presentations. Doubtlessly, interesting and useful for specialists were practical seminars on perfection and developing of contemporary tendencies and newest technologies in evolution of industry of trade and restaurant business. So, producers of drinks and representatives of trade took part in round table “The market of drinks of the Republic of Belarus”. Also, attention and interests of this audience were attracted by seminar “Economical and appropriate to time processing and filtration of drinks”. For directors of stores, heads of departments, and specialists, responsible for trade equipment, assortment policy, and planning of stores were organized seminars “Merchandising in conditions of economy of space of sales area”, and “Organization of quality system of customers support”. And workers of HoReCa sector was able to participate in seminar-training “Standards, creating result!”, and round table “Integration of contemporary technologies in sphere of catering”.
One more step to success
Preliminary results of international specialized forum HoReCa & RetailTech achieved that for Visitors and Exhibitors of project was granted excellent possibility to strengthen existing partner relations, to obtain new clients and to put in order business contacts, to make presentation of production and to familiarize with novelties of competitors, to realize surveys and researches. And organizational committee of arrangements in one's turn was able to heard opinions and wishes of participators, to take into consideration for organization of next exhibition. International specialized forum HoReCa & RetailTech in just another time confirmed own amount among specialists, strengthened reputations of event of the year as nonordinary and worthy of respect in food industry. Next international specialized forum will be hold in April 6 – 9, 2010 by the same address: 14, Pobediteley av., Minsk-city, Belarus.
